The IPM (Health Insurance Institution) is health insurance for employees and their families, allowing the pre-financing of health care and the partial coverage of medical, pharmaceutical and hospital costs excluding occupational illness. One of the major innovations of the ISC Group in 2019 is the launch of its own IPM for its internal employees as well as for its temporary staff made available to its clients. Concerned about social protection and access to quality health care for all its employees, the ISC Group has already started its actions and the deployment continues after Dakar and Louga. The objective is to reach all regions of Senegal.
